1. Return Eligibility
At FTG Nutrition, customer satisfaction and product safety are our priority. Due to the nature of nutrition and supplement products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
A product will be eligible for return or replacement only if:
The product received is damaged during delivery
The wrong product has been delivered
The product seal is already broken at the time of delivery
The product packaging is physically damaged before use
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Product box/container has been opened
Product seal is broken or tampered with after delivery
Product has been used or partially consumed
Container/jar is damaged after usage
Product returned without original packaging
Change of mind after opening the product
Taste or flavour preference issues after opening
Once the product packaging or safety seal is opened, the item becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Replacement Policy
Eligible replacements will be processed only after verification by our support team.
Replacement requests must include:
Order ID
Clear images of the product
Images of outer packaging
Unboxing video (if available)
FTG Nutrition reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after inspection.
4. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed only in cases where:
Replacement is unavailable
Wrong product delivered
Order cancelled before dispatch
Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method within 5β7 working days.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
6. Damaged Package During Delivery
If the outer package appears tampered with or damaged during delivery, customers are advised to:
Refuse delivery if possible
Record an unboxing video
Contact support immediately
